How do I import a recipe?

Copy a recipe URL from TikTok, Instagram, or any recipe website. Open meez, tap the + button, and paste the link. We'll extract the recipe automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Open meez, go to your Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." Saved recipes and their images stay, with your account unlinked. Your profile, memberships, ratings, comments, and pending imports are removed. Teams with other members stay with a new owner; teams with no other members are removed. If cleanup is temporarily unavailable, the app shows an error so you can retry. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

How do I create a group?

From the Cookbook tab, tap the + icon to create a new group. Give it a name, then share the invite link with your friends and family.

Does meez work offline?

Yes. Once your recipes are synced, you can view them, use cooking mode, and access your grocery list without an internet connection.
